Returns and Exchanges


We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item/s in original condition with original tags attached for a return within 14 days after date of delivery.  All item/s will undergo a detailed inspection once received.  If the returned item/s do not meet our outlined standards for return, the item/s will be returned to the customers original shipping address. Please note any garment that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains, deodorant stains and/or garments that smell of perfume.  Doyenne reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item/s do not meet requirements outlined.

Once your return request has been authorized we will contact you via email and supply you with the return address details.
Please wait to receive all required return information before sending any return packages. Our office is closed over the weekend so if you submit an online return request on the weekend we will reply on Monday.
We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned.  We also recommend packaging the garment carefully when returning the garment as we cannot be held liable for damage that might occur during the shipping process. 
The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund is made.  Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.  All shipping costs are not refundable. If a package is refused or a wrong address is given, the carrier will return the package to our warehouse and we will refund your merchandise, less the round trip shipping costs.

NOTE: We currently cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders.  During promotional periods, items purchased using a discount or promotional code are eligible for exchange or store credit only, depending on the item. Items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.



If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.


Damaged Item

All garments are carefully hand inspected before being shipped out to ensure quality standards.  However, mistakes do happen!  If you find an error with you garment please email us as soon as possible with images of the error so we can remedy it immediately.
