Orders are processed between 1-5 business days.
*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am central time and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.
Doyenne is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
